Sydney highlights

In Sydney we felt the blood running through our veins again for the first time in 6 weeks. So much to do and life in abundance. They are obsessed with fitness here - running, skipping, martial arts in the park - made us feel like we should do some exercise! Below is a photo of our attempt - lazing on Bondi Beach.

We met friends who took us out for Yum Cha - real Chinese food and did the typical tourist route - harbour bridge, drinks in the Rocks, Opera House, Blue Mountains. We even made it to Hillsongs. Awesome worship and inspiring stuff - No Darlene Zschech though... booo.

Living in Kings Cross for a week was an experience - hookers outside the doors and strip joints next door - just like living in Montpellier... not! Still we've got to get prepared for Bangkok.

Alive and kicking and ready for the tropics up north. We will go to Cairns (party town) for as little time as possible and then head to Port Douglas for a weeks holiday on the beach. Aaaahh.

All this talk of Oz is getting me excited. NZ sounds like it was pretty awesome and hopefull your Australian adventure will be too. Have been reading the Bill Bryson book on Australia and it sounds like a fantastic place. Only 4 days until I can find out for myself...
